Returns & Refunds

We want every record to arrive exactly as described. If something is not right, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery - whether it is defective, not as described, or you simply changed your mind.

How it works

Email info@spinylrecords.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and instructions within one business day. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described - in those cases we cover it.

Condition of returned items

Records must come back in the condition they were sent. Items sold as new and factory sealed are only returnable with the seal unbroken - once a sealed record is opened, it can no longer be returned, since the seal is part of what you purchased. Opened (used) items must return with the same media and sleeve grades as listed. Please pack records the way they arrived - in a rigid vinyl mailer, with the record removed from the sleeve to prevent seam splits in transit.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded when the return is due to our error; otherwise the item price is refunded.

Exchanges

Because nearly everything in the shop is a one-of-a-kind copy, we generally cannot offer exchanges - a return and refund is the reliable route, and you are welcome to order the replacement you want at any time.
